Tell me more about the Role..?
As a highly experienced Technical and Customer focussed Project Manager with over 2 years in the industry, you should have demonstrable experience working in project and process management roles ideally in a Web delivery environment. A critical thinker and problem solver, you’ll be comfortable working alongside a team of developers. You will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the coordination and management of multiple technical web projects from concept to delivery across the full customer lifecycle, including post implementation Business as Usual (BAU) request management
This rewarding role is pivotal in ensuring our customers success by driving the seamless execution of technical projects, including Platform Migration onto the Cloud based Forrit One CMS.
Active and ongoing customer success management, from Project phase through to Business as Usual Delivery is a key component of this rounded role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, customer engagement and account management.
A solid understanding of Agile methodologies, awareness of Microsoft Azure and CMS platforms would be a significant advantage
- Apply agile project management methodologies to new/evolving migration projects, including on-boarding and optimisation
- Utilise project management systems, including Jira, Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams to effectively manage the workflow of all tasks
- Identify and implement ongoing project and process improvements
- Lead regular internal and external status & planning meetings, managing risk and unblocking issues to reach the desired outcome
- Coordinate project deliverables with technical developers and QA team colleagues
- Liaise with Partner design and tech companies to strategise and manage the delivery of collaborative technical integrations
- Establish strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and agency partners, including periodic reviews
- Scope and estimate Project deliverables, costs, and timings
- Assist with new business pitches as required
- Actively manage customer satisfaction through the full lifecycle, from Pre-Project Phase, through Project-Delivery to BAU
What do I need to Bring..?
We’re looking for someone who has a strong sense of ownership and is self-directed, whilst working effectively as a team player both with people in the Project Team, wider business and a portfolio of Customers. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity, you need to possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
With agile/project management qualifications and being constantly curious and wanting to develop your skills further, ideally you would have familiarity with the technical aspects of CMS web delivery management . Driven by identifying opportunity to make positive change, you can guide a customer through their first 100 days and beyond, building trusted relationships and creating advocacy for our platform through positive customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, technical project management
- Proven track record in managing complex/multiple technical projects, client relationships, and platform migrations, ideally in a Web/CMS environment
- Proven experience in using Agile methodologies in project delivery (certification beneficial)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Content Management Systems (CMS) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
