Tell me more about the Role..
As a Technical Business Analyst within Forrit’s product development team, you will be integral to the development and continuous improvement of our content management system (CMS) and supporting tools. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications.
Your role involves gathering user requirements, creating user stories, and supporting with prioritisation and maintenance of backlog within the sprints. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring these are in align with both user needs and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of multi-discipline digital experts to identify innovative solutions
- Assist workshops facilitation, gathering user requirements
- Create meaningful user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with various teams, translating requirements into documented criteria
- Work in tandem with developers and design teams
- Communicate proposed solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support with prioritisation and maintenance of backlog within the sprint.
What do I need to Bring..?
We’re looking for someone with strong ownership of their work, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should have experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with CMS platforms. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for translating business needs into technical solutions.
